The aim of Aroma Roza Academy is to provide quality education experience in the area of natural skin care formulation and aromatherapy. In addition to the online courses, we provide workshops and consultancy services in the same area.
We strive to provide you with enjoyable and informative experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund before trying our services. In such case, your entitlement to a refund is explained in our return policy, which we share transparently as following:
Full refund: You are entitled to a full refund of the payment in no later than seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that the course, workshop and/or consultation has not been used or started.
In accordance with the legal regulations, we have to issue the invoice of your payment within 7 days after the payment has been made. Once we issue the invoice, we pay taxes and other related financial obligations. As such, if you want to receive a full refund, it can be done only prior to issuing the invoice. In this case, you will need to send a clear refund request e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of payment for refund transactions.
Half refund: You are entitled to a half (1/2) refund of the price from seven to fourteen (7-14) days from the date of purchase to process the refund, provided that the course, workshop and/or consultation has not been used or started. You have to send a clear refund request e-mail to email@example.com before 14 days from the purchase date for refund transactions. wpml_nbsp
No refund: You are not entitled to any refund after fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
In any case, no refund will be made if you open any paid part of the course. The course platform will be used to determine if you have opened any paid part of the course. Similarly, no refund will be made if the consultation appointment or the workshop has started, whether you choose to attend it or not.
Considering the provision above, aromarozaacademy.com will process the refund accordingly no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the refund request date.
We have created this policy for your comfort in case you change your mind after the purchase and decide not to enjoy and benefit from our services for the time being.
